Linear Epidermal Nevus (LEN) - This benign lesion is typically present at birth or shortly thereafter. It is said to resemble the ruggous surface of a wart. Although usually asymptomatic, surgical options, like excision or carbon dioxide laser, may be employed to remove the bulk of these lesions safely.
